As a new company, all levels of JCT employees and managers were involved in lengthy discussions about our future and our vision. The outcome of these discussions were: "We want JCT to be an excellent company; we want to work for an excellent company such as JCT; and we want to make JCT a company we can be proud to let everyone know including our family and friends." Those key concepts were refined into the following four elements:

- Contribution to society
- Shared values.
To realize these four key concepts, we formulated the JCT Vision that follows.

We strive to be the first choice of customers and suppliers because of our proprietary and first-class services, and by fully utilizing the resources of both the Uyeno and Shell groups.
- Each of us will aim for the prosperity of the company and the welfare of our employees by expanding our business and steadily enhancing productivity in the spirit of ownership. We will proudly work for JCT, where we have fulfilling and rewarding work.
- We will conduct fair and responsible business practices, and contribute to the society we serve by achieving world-class environmental and safety goals.
